Exhibition Area

The Exhibition area will be located at the first floor together  with the Poster Area.

Please note that due to different timings of the activities (poster Sessions will close later than the technical exhibition) we strongly recommend to lock away valuable objects before leaving your stands.

Exhibitors’ badges collection

Exhibitors’ badges can be collected on-site at the Registration Desk from Thursday June 20 at  14h00.
To access and move within MiCo, every person must have an access pass.

Set-up/Dismantling passes

In order to enter and circulate in the venue, exhibitors and/or the company staff working on their behalf must have a personal entry card that should be requested in advance.

Security guards will monitor exhibition hall during set-up and dismantling days.  We do recommend that you carefully examine Technical Regulations.

PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN SET-UP/DISMANTLING PASSES

In order to obtain the entry card please follow the link received by MiCo (please inform also your contractor). Each company will need to register, indicating some basic data such as driving licence number for people and plate numbers for vehicles. After registration, you will be able to download your pass directly.

REMEMBER TO PRINT AND FILL THEM OUT BEFORE ARRIVAL AND TO ALWAYS KEEP THEM IN EVIDENCE WHILE INTO THE CONGRESS VENUE

Vigilance/Assistance

MiCo, officially appointed contractor, is the only admitted supplier and does not provide any general security service in the Exhibition Centre. Responsibility for the custody and surveillance of stands and their contents lies with the respective exhibitors during all opening times, both during the Exhibition and assembly/dismantling phases. Exhibitors are advised to lock away valuable objects before leaving their stands.

MiCo provides specific surveillance services for a fee. Exhibitors may request this service through the Exhibitor Kit.

Shipping, Porterage & storage

The Organizing Secretariat has appointed MERKUR EXPO LOGISTICS as the official freight forwarders, customs brokers and on-site handling agents.

Please carefully read the Shipping Regulations published into the Exhibitor Kit/Documents’ section and make sure your contractors and suppliers, including company staff taking part into the meeting also read this document to avoid misunderstanding on site.

Floorplan/Exhibition Guide/ESH Annual Meeting APP

Please be aware that Floorplan and Exhibition guide – including a list of all Exhibitors and a short description of all the Companies exhibiting at the Congress – will be included in the official APP of the congress only (ESH Annual Meeting APP) which will be available to all registered delegates during the congress.
