What is covered by the registration fee?
The delegate registration fee includes:

In order to facilitate specialists’ attendance to the ESH Annual Meeting, the following special fees have been introduced for a limited period (until May 21st) for individual attendees not yet registered.
Each of these fees is applied only to non-sponsored registration and will be invoiced to the individual participant.

Individual registration from the countries listed in the enclosed document are entitled to a special fee of € 250,00 (VAT included) until May 21st.

FOR YOUR SECURITY
We have received complaints about a growing number of fraudulent websites masquerading as the ESH and offering registration, hotel bookings and other arrangements for the upcoming ESH Congress. Many of these sites charge significant commissions.
These are not third party providers to the ESH and are not linked to the ESH in any way.

These sessions will have limited seats; participation is accepted by submitting a dedicated registration form, and upon payment of a dedicated registration fee for those who are not registered to the ESH annual meeting (€ 50,00 VAT included).

Press Representatives can be registered to the meeting free of charge, as PRESS by submitting a completely filled registration form together with a copy of press-ID or similar document confirming the status of press representative. The registration includes a full set of congress materials and free entrance to all Meeting activities including scientific sessions.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
An invoice will be issued as written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing Secretariat.
Confirmation letter with barcode will be sent few weeks before the congress.
FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND SMALL GROUPS LESS TO 10 PEOPLE ONLY
After April 5th, 2019 name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 150,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
Group Registration is considered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals and the official Group registration form is used.

The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by March 7th, 2019, even without the list of participants. Final list of participants must be inserted in internet within April 5th, 2019.
The difference between early and onsite registration fees must be paid for all the names not included in the final list within April 5th, 2019.
All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.
Last Deadline to send the names of all’ participants is May 21st, 2019. After this date, registration can be made individually at the NEW Registrations Desk on-site.
NAME CHANGE: After April 5th, 2019 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 150,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change.
COLLECTION OF GROUPS’ CONGRESS MATERIAL
The collection of congress material for groups can be done on the 19th and 20th of June only. An appointment is required. Please send an email with your preference (June 19th or 20th) to firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than March 7th, 2019. After this date and until April 5th each request of appointment will cost € 200,00. After April 5th, 2019, requests of appointment will be no longer accepted.
If you require delegates’ badges to be mailed out, please inform us by email, no later than March 7th, 2019, at email@example.com. After this deadline, requests will be no more accepted and badges have to be collected onsite, along with the congress material.
PLEASE NOTE: group reservation without the individual mailing addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual mailing addresses must be included in order to register a group.
After April 5th, 2019 new registrations or name changes can be done on-site in Milan.
DAILY REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.
FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND SMALL GROUPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE ONLY
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM GROUP INTERNATIONAL. Cancellations will be accepted until March 14th, 2019 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
CANCELLATION BEFORE MARCH 14th, 2019: 30% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE WITHELD
CANCELLATION AFTER MARCH 14th, 2019: NO REFUND
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badge during the Meeting activities. The badge allows entrance to the scientific sessions and the exhibition. Along with the badge, participants will receive also the lunch coupons, needed to receive the box lunch.
Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60,00 (VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.
Please note that children are not allowed in the Congress area throughout the duration of the Meeting. In case of negligence, the organising secretariat cannot be addressed for any responsibility.
